Tie Rods & Ball Joints for Honda 01 CRV
Hello everyone,
I have a Honda CRV 2001 and I went to 2 mechanics. One told me that the inner tie rods are worn out and upper and lower ball joints have play. He recommended that I replace the rack and pin because it is cheaper and said that the rack and pin comes with the tie rods and the ball joints. However, the other mechanic said I should only replace the tie rods and ball joints ONLY and that the rack and pinion does NOT come with the ball joints because these are separate. I am not sure who to trust  because I'm just used to having a guy help me but have no one to turn to anymore How much should this cost me and what should I do? Please help! I would really appreciate it
