We just recently purchased this accord as a vehicle just to have to go back and forth to work..its actually been more of a headache! The radiator was damaged and causing the car to overheat, or so we thought, so we replaced the radiator, and wouldn't you know, we take it for a test drive, and she's still overheating!!!!!! Any ideas?? All hoses are fine, reservoir is good, coolant is circulating, fans are hooked up.....I am out of options?!
Thought I would mention that the temp gauge on the cluster is not going above normal, however, you can see the steam and hear the boiling of the coolant from the radiator.... Any ideas are appreciated...really don't want to have to take this thing back to the mechanic already!!!! Last edited by Smilez4Fun; 19 Aug 2009 at 06:15 pm. Reason: added more info |
