Hello. I had a 2000 Honda Civic DX. Last Thursday it was stolen. I seen the survellence video and I do not understand how they stole it so fast. With my doors locked and no key, can someone logically explain how in less than 25 seconds it was stolen? It's been one week now and there is no sign of it.
Thanks, Kelly |

Depending on which state you are in, your DMV and local police can run what is called an "any and all" vehicles registered to a specific individual. You will need the last registered owner of record name and address for this to take place. If you are able to contact the prior owner they should have this information on some document, a prior insurance card or expired registration.
