seat belt civic 1998
my seat belt has stopped opening and recoiling the gas charge has blown.Have just purchaced one from scrap yard it was tied to stop movement upon release this to has also stopped forward and back motion as far as I'm aware the charge on this has not blown.
Any advice how to sort. basicly seat belt is stuck and will not move
