how larger is the 2008 accord vs the 2000 accord. I have a 200 accord and i dont like any cars biger than that car. I am thinking about the new civic, so is the 2008 civic starting to approach this size of the old hondas.

Just got a new lease on the 2008 Accord. The salesman says the new Accords are 3in bigger. I had a 2005 Accord and I do notice a difference, but it's not too big

I am no expert though when buying my 2008 Civic I found it to be roughly the same size as my old '90 Accord which was perfect for me. As for the 2000 vs. the 2008 I would look at some of the online reviews such as Edmonds.com and ComsumerReportsAuto.com as they list vehicle specs. Look for Curb weight, dimensions (interior and exterior), cargo volume, horse power, etc. This should help compare, if they don't let you do a side by side comparo.
