My Civic is showing two codes.
P1457 MANUFACTURER CONTRL AUXILIARY EMISSION CONTROLS
P1296 - Manufacture control fuel air metering

i start the car runs fine drives fine if i let the rpm's go to 4000 - 4200 the whole car surges like their is a rev limiter the only way this will stop is if i turn the key off and on while driving, but this only works for about 10 - 15 min and it will do it again
what can i do.
Where do i look or what do i replace?
