Default 1993 Honda Accord stripped head bolt in block

I had one of my head bolt that stripped in the block on the final torque, I have been trying to find a larger bolt and retap the block (the existing Bolt is the 12MM X 199mm and I would have to find a head bolt that is 14mm X 199 ) but I have not been able to find the Thread size and bolt size to drill and tap. Or do I use a or use a Heilicoil
On 1990-93 Accords, tighten the bolts to 29 ft. lbs. (40 Nm) on the first pass, 51 ft. lbs. (70 Nm) on the second pass, then tighten the bolts to their final torque of 78 ft. lbs. (108 Nm).
