what kind of tranny fulid do i put in a 1990 acura integra its auto???

Dexron III or Honda ATF Z1. Your choice. ATF Z1 is preferable.

Do a three-times drain-and-fill when you change the fluid, driving it a
minute between iterations.

And you do know checking fluid level in a Honda is NOT the same as other
cars?
