I've scratched my rear plactic bumper. Live near Dallas. Would appreciate
any recommendations of affordable places to get it touched up, sanded, or
whatever I need. Thanks.

How deep are the scratches? If not very deep, you might be able to carefully
use some polishing, or rubbing, compound to get the scratches out.
