I've got only 35K on this car and had the blower motor replaced just
as the warranty ran out in March of '04 because it was making a soft
squeaking sound at low speeds. It was especially noticeable just
after turning the ignition off, as it was spinning down.

Now, less than 2 years later, it's happening again.

It looks like it shouldn't be too hard to replace it myself. But,
since the Acura motor did not last very long, I want to get an
aftermarket motor and hope for longer life.

Can anyone suggest a reputable source?
