The winter here in Ontario Canada has returned and my 2001 CL has the
same problem as last year. On startup until it warms up there is a
audible noise which sounds like belt or bearing driven. Last year the
Acura Dealership replaced the Power steering unit, all belts and the
belt tensioner to cure the problem. It worked but returned this year.
Any idea what gives.

Wow! That's a lot of hit and miss. There is a way to diag this. Any good
tech will have a tool that looks like a physician's stethoscope. By
touching various components when running, the noise can be isolated.
