You will experience slightly increased HC emissions and lower fuel mileage, along with accelerated engine wear. If your dealer is telling you 180F, you need to find a better dealer. If you are having cooling problems, the absolute WRONG way to "fix" them is to install a cooler thermostat. The Integra's cooling system is very efficient, robust, and reliable. Unless neglected...
