Happy Thanksgiving to all.
Writing for a friend. Alarm in his 2000 Acura TL keeps going off. How can he
disable the alarm system till he can get to the dealer.

It seems to be somewhat difficult because my dealer couldn't do it properly
when I had the same problem. When the alarm is disabled by removing the
fuse, other systems also are disabled. Replacing the hood switch fixed the
issue on mine.

Depending on where he lives, leaving the doors unlocked can be a temporary
solution.
