Default 97 Integra Door Panel Removal??

How do I remove the drivers side door panel to get at a faulty power lock
mechanism?

Screw under a cover in the door handle recess,one in the armrest,and clips
along the edge of the door panel,these need to be pried up until they pop
loose.

A $20 Haynes manual tells more detail.
