Hey Acura guru's....
My 86 Legend 4dr periodically blows the number one plug wire out of the plug hole. It starts running rough as you would expect running on five cylinders. The spark plug it tight without over torqing it. What can be causing this? There is no water in the oil, the engine runs smoothly except when it blows out the wire. It is hard to start but it did exactly the same just after a dealer tune up. Thanks in advance! Dave in NC |

replace that wire and replace that spark plug, also put a sealant on the

Yes, it could be pressure from under the valve cover, in which case the PCV
system needs to be cleaned.
