Default SRS light on.

While replacing another fuse, I accidentally removed one of the the
SRS fuses. Now the SRS light is on and won't go out. There are no DTC
codes. The SRS light reset procedure in the shop manual says the light
should be going out briefly after the ignition is turned on. It just
stays lit all the time.

Anybody seen this one? The fault finding logic tree in the manual for
this symptom is obviously checking for a short in the wiring
somewhere, but all I did was remove a fuse, start the car, discover
the fuse was in the wrong place, shut down, then put the fuse in its
proper place.

It's a 1996 Integra GSR
