Default TL Tranny

Hi,

My '01 3.2 TL has gone through 2 transmission changes (22k and 25k), one
PCM recall (32k) and the latest transmisson recall. I have complained to
the Honda motor company several times to fix my car once for all, but they
come back saying that the problems will be fixed and have extended the
warranty to 7 yrs.

I was wondering how the recalls would affect the resale value of the car.
California Lemmon Law states that if the same part is repiared 4 times
within the warranty period, then the manufacturer should repurchase the
vehicle. (Need to confirm on this one)

I was thinking about lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
(BBB) for the problems. Could you please share your experiences.

thanks,
Prasad
