Default moon roof noise

Has anyone else experienced rattling noise coming from you moon roof?..I
first started hearing rattling noise inside of my car a few months ago..Of
course my husband said he didn't hear anything; then he heard it and said it
was normal for cars to have a few rattles. I said a 2003TL with under
12,000 miles should NOT have anything rattling!..Of course after my bitching
about he discovered it was coming from the moon roof. Called me dealer and
they said they received a bulletin on it. I guess enough customers
complained about it. I was so glad that they already knew about the problem
but of course I'm not happy that the most expensive car I've ever own it
going in for a tranny recall and a 'bulletin" on whatever is wrong withe the
moon roof!!!..Also does anyone have to wait like a month to get their
vehicle in for service?..Seems like they really kiss your ass to buy, but
once they sell the car service is very slow!!!

The RSX-S also seems to have a noisy sunroof. I know mine definately needs
lubrication because it 'shudders' when sliding back. Next oil change I will
get
them to do that.

My '97 Integra just started shuddering when I open it. You say it is
lubrication? Anyone know how to do this and is it relatively easy? I
am still a ways out from my next service and would like to resolve it
sooner.

I don't know for sure, but I am sure the honda/acura dealerships do.

The rattling noise inside of my TL from the moon roof is when it's closed.
Does anyone else hear rattling when yours is closed?

Yeah mine rattles too, 2003 TLS. I keep forgetting to tell the dealer when
its in for service, can't hear it with the shade across. I find the service
excellent at my dealer, they even had a workshop with the service manager
and a couple of mechanics shortly after I bought the car. Had a couple up on
the lifts explaining various components and the required servicing etc and
answering any questions anyone had.
