Default This a sign of a failing clutch or master cylinder?

I have 100k on my manual integra. The clutch doesn't feel like it's slipping
and certainly normal feeling in 1st to 2nd, 2nd to 3rd, etc. However, from a
stop in 1st gear it seems like there is no gradual catch at the "contact"
point. It's either in neutral then suddenly grabs. So it makes for difficult
gradual starts or bogging the engine if I drop the clutch without running
the revs up higher than normal.

Any ideas?
