Hi -- I have a 2003 RSX. This spring I have noticed that when I run the AC,
I can hear a very small, high pitched whining sound, kind of like a
dentist's drill but much more subtle. The sound gets more insistent when I
accelerate. Should I have the AC system checked or is this normal?

Happens to my 03 type S
dont know why or if it is normal

Check your a/c cabinair intake. I have an Accord that will occasionally get
a leaf in the fan and make a similar high pitch whining noise. Don't have
an RSX but it may be a similar issue.
