I'm thinking of driving my RSX-S with the OEM wheels in the winter. This
will eventually pit the wheels. My question is: Will the resale value of the
car be depreciated if I put nice and much cheaper aftermarket wheels on the
car instead of a replacement set of OEM wheels?

To answer your question properly will depend on how "cheap" of a wheel you
are talking about. Would you pay less (or more)for a used car with OEM
pitted wheels or nice aftermarket wheels ?

Compared to aftermarket wheels, OEM wheels are expensive because if you
damage one, they can charge a high price to you to get the new wheel to
match your other three. No one (unless they are severely retarded) would
buy a set of new OEM wheels for their car.

Clean the wheels often and they should not pit.

Maybe, but not by much.
