I don't own an Acura and never have, I have a '95 GM 2.3L Quad. BUT,
I've learned that my engine for example, didn't require one because of cam specs. The EGR is to reduce combustion temp to reduce I believe Nox emissions. It's not uncommon for four cylinders to not require them. How knowledgable is this "emissions place" with your car and engine? I'm guessing your engine didn't require one because combustion temps were low enough under all conditions to keep emissions low. Hope this helps. Tony |

HEY!, JOHNNYR!! TURN OFF YOUR CAPS LOCK!
Although it may seem strange, using all upper case is viewed as akin to shouting, and most folks prefer you'd not do it. Some folks even refuse to read messages sent in all caps mode, treating them sort of like Nigerian Scan emails. Good luck on your problem. -- Rick "johnnyr3" <johnnyr3@yahoo.com> wrote in message news:c2222b389acf56918fd62b3295281715@localhost.ta lkaboutautos.com... > WENT TO THE EMISSION PLACE, I WAS TOLD THAT MY 1990 INTEGRA LS IS MISSING > THE EGR VALVE.
