Default Tranny recall.

my 03 TL-S is in for the tranny(been a week so far).
my question is, why wont this happen every 35K miles?
are they just going to keep replacing it with the same model
tranny? i would think the 03 would have the "fixed" model,
apparently not.

Default Re: Tranny recall.

I took my 2001 CL with 30K miles to the dealer to repair a body scratch.
When I went to pick it up, the check engine light came on. So I told the
service person and they told me the codes read that there was a transmission
problem. This happen last Friday (7/2) no clue when I'll get it back.
