Default What Are Some Recommended Options/accessories ?

When buying a new EL, what do you guys recommended as "necessary"
options/accessories to look at buying? (or at least what you bought as
options, or did you goto el cheapo canuck tire to buy your gears?)

Did you guys get:
- the car side mouldings (will that really stop other car doors from denting
you?)
- factory all weather mats,
- mud guards (do these come standard or are they really an option? Should I
have front and back)?
- Cargo net?
- trunk tray
-etc?

No. Personally, I think it detracts from the looks of the car.
Not sure how well they work.

Yes. Makes a large difference in the winter and spring weather.
I had the dealer throw them into the deal for 'free'.

Yes, both front and back. They are not standard here in the US.
They make a large difference in the winter and spring weather for
the outside staying cleaner. I had the dealer throw them into
the deal for 'free' as well.

In the US, this is standard equipment. Don't know about Canada.

>- trunk tray

I didn't get this because I don't plan on putting anything that
would require a tray in the trunk. If you do, it's a valuable
option.

I'd definitely would get a trunk tray. Makes it easier to clean up the mess
when you go shopping and something spills/melts. Also, get front and back
mud guards-they keep the rocks off. I also got extra mats with slats for
the snow and crap for my RSX. Depends on where you live, I'm in Calgary,
Canada. Cargo net - I didn't find necessary.

Just my 2 cents.
