I've had mine into the dealer twice without success. I got
pissed off and super-glued it.

What is wrong w/ the headliner? I have not heard about it. Should I be
worried about it before buying one?

On some TL's the headliner becomes loose and sags a bit directly
behind the moonroof. It's normally under and inch of sag. It's
a minor issue that's easily fixed. Even with it, this is best
car I ever owned. It would not prevent me from buying one.

I have noted that the fabric on the small headliner plate beneath the XM
radio antenna has begun to sag. This is the area adjoining the rear
window at the center of the vehicle. I can press it pack in place. It
will stay there for about a day before sagging again. I expect the
situation to get worse as summer heat takes it's toll.

I will ask the dealer to repair or repace this section and inspect the
other headliner areas when I go for the next oil change.

This is the housing for the Center 3rd brake light. It is common for it to
loosen on its clips and hang down more than it is supposed to. The rubber
seal should touch up against the back window glass.

It is common because many people get their windows tinted and the tinter
removes this housing. It doesn't go back as tight once you've had it off.

It is easily correctable by the dealer. I did mine myself.

The housing itself is not loose. The fabric covering the housing is
separating in a part of the area. It is not very noticable. And, I can
press it back into place where it will stay in place for a short while...a
few hours.
