when you run at full throttle your ecu runs in open loop mode (max fuel
regardless of airflow - prevents detonation). this can result in unburned
fuel and therefore a sulfurous smell. also may be from cars around you.
probably nothing to be concerned with but if you really want it to go away
completely, try changing cabin air filter and making sure your
weather-stripping is still in good condition. other than that, I doubt
there is anything you can do.
