My 2002 RSX had the same problem, had it replaced last spring for free(still
under warranty). Now the new leather is starting to crack in the same area,
I don't if they will replace it again, but I will try.

That just sucks, sorry to hear about that happening. It doesn't make sense
that Acura
makes such a piss poor seat cover that cannot hold up more than a year
without cracking.
They should replace it in my opinion.
