Is it possible that since the US models don't have DRLs, that the fog lights
may be set up as DRLs? How can this be wired?

The TSXs I've seen don't have fog lights. They have HID headlights
and regular tungsten filament high beams. That's it.

The fog lights are optional on the US version of the '04 TSX. In my
estimation, it wasn't worth the extra $500+ that my dealer wanted for them,
especially given the HID lights, which provide more than enough light.
