Have any of you ever successfully converted manual to power windows in a second generation Integra? yes, I am aware of the discussions at g2ic and some limited info scattered on usenet. I am currently in the midst of completing the project and I would love to chat with anyone who has done this before. Originally I was going to swap the mechanisms into the OEM doors but after further thought and a deal I couldn't pass on, I was able to get 2 doors from a '93 GS-R (as well as a full interior harness). I was curious as to whether you would suggest pulling out the pre-existing harness 100% and swapping in the one from the GS-R or 2) cutting the new harness and splicing it into the old? The funny thing is that I have torn this car down a million times but never had the full dash out yet. I am guessing the way to go is to pull the dash and the seats, carpet.... Again, if anyone can help, please chime in or email me privately. Please don't ask why or tell me I need to buy a new RSX or something... Thanks, Andrew. aka neex. |
