I have taken the car in to my mechanic, every time I do, I cant reproduce,
but it is getting worse! I just had the front wheels rebalanced and it is still there! Mechanic said he checked front end and is tight, car maintained regularly adn I am having a fit trying to find out/fix the problem! It happens when the clutch is in or out, more so when gas pedal applied, but happens when rolling a s weel. It seems to smooth out over 65 mph. Can anyone help or shed some light?? Thank you! JR perplexed in Pa. |

Tire balanced statically AND dynamically? Remember, each wheel is
not only independently sprung but can be individually adjusted (like a F1). Sounds like both static and dynamic balance haven't been done. Give a call to "Tirefarm" in Farmingdale, NJ .. . bet they can diagnose it. Bill E. Thanks to all who responded, first off lesson 1, do NOT take your Acura to a
mechanic who knows NOTHING about imports! I went to the tire guy who referred me to his brother who owns a shop and replaced the left axle and both wheel bearings, 500 bux later good as new....good thing it has a lifetime warranty! (the axle that is) Anyone have a similar problem with 'Teg's eating up axles? Thanks!
