I'm assuming that it's the same as the one in the Accord, so to answer
your question yes it is recplaceable by prying out the clock. The Iight should be on the back end of the clock. If it's the same type used in older accords which I assume is also true, you will need to get this from a Honda dealer, I haven't seen those in any local Autozone or Pepboys where I live. Nick.
