Default ABS brake fluid bleed and fill

I was wondering if someone could give me a procedure for filling
and/or (preferably and) bleeding the ABS reservoir at the modulator.
The reservoir indicates that the fluid is under pressure and I don't
see a place to top it off although the bleed valve is readily visible.
Is this something that someone can do at home without a lot of
specialized tools?

I'm getting an ABS light on my dashboard and I think it could be air
in the system, or a low fluid level.

The vehicle is a 1994 Integra (non Vtec engine).

Thanks in advance

NO.. Don't do that. The ABS modulator is under a LOT of pressure. The
procedure is detailed the factory service manual, which you should
get. (www.helminc.com)

It involves just cracking the bleeder valve, starting the car, and
letting the modulator motor shoot the fluid out through a hose on the
bleeder screw. When the fluids out, open the cap and refill, drain
that out using the bleed screw, start car, let motor shoot it out
using the same procedure. And then finally refill the modulator with
new fluid.

Bleeding air from system: crack bleeder screw slightly, start car,
when fluid start to come out, tighten screw. Repeat if ABS light
comes on.

Required equipment: Box wrench (probably 10 mm), tubing, container for
used brake fluid -- You should also wear safety glasses.
