Hi!

Car is still running great, but
the mileage is adding up. Changed
the distributor cap, but couldn't
get the dust cover off!

Also need to know how to get the rotor off
so that I can replace it.

First,you go to the local auto parts store,and buy a Haynes manual for
about $20.

part number 42025;94-00 Integra,Civic 97-00,and CRV 94-00.

Chapter 1,pg.28(1-28) has the instructions for removing/checking cap and
rotor,nice pix,too.

(there's a retaining screw that holds the rotor to the distributor shaft.)
