Default New SRX - do you think it is...

Hi,
I'm going to buy an SUV, however I still can't decide whether to buy
full-size SUV or go for something smaller like for example the new
Cadillac SRX!
Does anybody have the SRX, have you seen it on the street/in
dealership? What do you think of it? The vehicle has a good press!
Accura has something similar, right? MDX?

I don't know what other SUVs are in the class… Infininty Fx35/45,
Volkswagen Touareg…
Which one would you buy?

As you can see I have more questions than answers!

At last but not least, what's your opinion about Cadillac? I'm from
Europe and I don't know what to think about it... I know that Accura
is a good brand!

THANKS a lot for any opinions!!!
Peter

Hey Peter--

I've been thinking about the smaller SUVs as well, even thinking of
waiting until Ford's Hybrid Escape, whenever that happens...

I think the SRX is electrifying, though buying a new model seems
always a potential risk.

I haven't test-driven it yet, but I was reading over ConsumerGuide's
review and it seems like they're saying to wait and see for the
Performance version.

I have driven an MDX, though, and it is amazing. Love the navigation
system, and the handling/acceleration were beyond my expectations.
Awesome seat support as well. Though I hear the X5 4.4 version takes
the cake from friends.

Good luck
Andy

dont buy a full size SUV.. they are the most useless (and UGLY) pieces of
trash on the planet.
a mid sized SUV would be better.
