Default Sore Back from 2003 Acura EL

I just bought an Acura EL that gives me a sore back after about an
hours driving. There is no lumbar adjustment in the seat.

If anyone else has experienced this problem, can you please share the
solution? Thanks.

5 speed or auto? I have long legs and short arms and find myself leaning a
lot to reach the stick, but I blame faulty physiology, not my EL!
