Hey to the list,

2000 3.2TL, Bose Stereo System. Two issues:

1. The rear window defroster is pretty slow in clearing the window of
condensation in the mornings (5-10 minutes minimum). Normal or not?

2. When the rear defroster is on, FM Stereo reception downright sucks.
Sucks to the point of listening to a CD instead of an extremely scratchy
radio. Anyone else experience this?

It is weaker than some other cars I've owned, but my 2000 TL usually clears
it in 3-5 minutes.

I have never experienced any issue with the radio when the rear de-icer was
on.

The antenna wire is actually mixed in with the heating wires in the back
window, so maybe you have a damaged wire or a loose connection to the
window.

By any chance, is this the same E Meyer that was an AC in the Navy at NHK?
