Clean your throttle body. That's all.

The throttle body is the "carburetor" area on fuel injected cars. Follow the
tube leading from the air filter leading to the engine. Where it connects back to metal, that is the throttle body. Inside you will find a plate that is connected to the accelerator. When you are at idle it is supposed to be completely closed and the air to the engine goes through somewhere else ( EICV or EACV). When you step on the throttle, the plate opens up. What you want to do is clean the area that seals the plate with "throttle body cleaner". If it has never been dome before, it's very dirty. The best way, despite the direction on the throttle body cleaner is to use a toothbrush and a cloth. Be gentle and take your time. It is easy, spray it on, brush, then gently wipe off the dirt. Mechanics call this "decarbonizing throttle body. Good luck.
