My 93 Vigor need new front rotors, and wheel bearings. I'm going to get the
bearings from Acura, but the rotors are pretty pricy. I have found some slotted and cross drilled Brembro rotors online and was suprised to find them cheaper than factory ( 90 bucks a set). My question is, how do they compare to factory? Obviously factory are not going to have the machining done to them, but in effectivness and durability? Also should i expect any problems with my factory brake pads? Any input is welcome. This is the last measure in my "warped rotor" brake shudder saga as the labor is outragus on the replacement of the rotors themselves. Thank you Dave and Group. Marko emtmark@nospaminfostations.com |

They're not slotted or cross drilled, but given the fragility of Honda brakes I'm not sure I'd want them to be. Running with OEM pads has given me great performance. 91 Integra |

Good input thanks did you get them as an upgrade or as a more economical
replacement? I'm not going to kragen though. lol marko "Franz Bestuchev" <fbestuchev@n05p4m.userealsugar.com> wrote in message news:bjb7uv$8e1$2@peabody.colorado.edu... > Marko wrote: > > > My 93 Vigor need new front rotors, and wheel bearings. Brembo replacements are good replacements. The factory pads will work just
fine. Are you going to do the work on the car yourself? If so and you need some info let me know. I have done this hundreds?! of times...
