Default RSX-S - shoddy oil change, rattle...

My car has 4000kms on it and I just had the oil changed by the dealership.
Yeah I know
the manual says 6 months and 8000kms, but that sure seems like alot... The
next day I was
noticing oil spots underneath and called to express my concern about this.
Evidently
some 'new guy' did my oil change and supposedly spilled oil over the frame
so the
residual oil was dripping down and making a small oil patch wherever I
parked.
Originally when I called to complain about this, the service person told me
to bring it
in 'next week'. I said I don't want to drive the car if it's leaking oil,
but he didn't seem to
think it was serious. When I hung up the phone, my initial reaction was to
say out
loud 'not the answer I want to hear'. 5 minutes later he phones back and
says they
will pick up the car and check it out. When the car is picked up, there are
2 separate
oil spots under the car. Well I get the car back later and they tell me it
was just spilled
oil causing the mess and apologize by saying it should have been cleaned up.

I was driving my RSX-S last week and at about 7000rpm during a shift, I
thought I
heard a little 'pop'. Nothing I can really describe easily and I didn't
think too much
of it. Last night I was driving through the McDonalds drive through and I
could
hear a faint rattle sometimes. The rattle sounds like the rattle of a
deisel engine, but
obviously not as pronounced. I don't usually drive my car hard and I have
never
redlined it. I'm going to have to drive the car some more today and see if
the rattle is
still there or not. The pop may have just been nothing, but the rattle is
definately
there.

Car seems ok today and runs fine. I'm not too concerned right now
because if anything is wrong, obviously there is warranty to fix it.
Some days I wish the 6 speed didn't whine so much. The sportronic
is so much quieter.
