Even has a name "The MDX Clunk"

Seems to be the brake pad moving slightly taking up the clearance in the
casting, but God alone knows why the MDX need this much clearance and no
other vehicle on the road does.

After a while, you don't hear it any more - like the wife telling you to mow
the lawn.
