Default AutoZone is at it again

Have you seen their recent add. In it they are pushing air filters with the
claim that it will have a significant effect on your gas mileage. In todays
feedback fuel systems a reduction in gas mileage is not significant with a
dirty filter, a reduction in power is. What could the FTC do to straighten
them out and would they?
