Default HID's

This site say's their "plug and play" HID's are not street legal. But what
if you install what's used on BMW and LEXUS... 4300 K white? Why is that a
problem? Check these... http://www.brightheadlights-hid.com/hid-lights.htm

Thanks,

Dave M.
