Nope it doesn't, unless I am really stupid and did not noticed it ;-)
I got 2002, I never heard they have added it in 2003.

Checking it says the same on page 262 on my 2002 manual! Strange....

a search on "Limited Slip Differential +rsx" showed a bunch of after
market ones although.

I don't know, maybe the car has it stock in some other countries??
