Default 2002 RSX-S rear brakes

I want to replace my rear brake pads, but I heard there is a special spanner
to turn the pistons ( something to do with the parking brake ). How is that
adjusted and where do I get this spanner or can I use some other common tool
for the job?

Thanks,

Dave M.
