Its all insurance related. They have had too many younguns mess it up for
the rest of us. I went from a 2002 Passat W8 (275hp) (repurchased under the Virginia lemon law) to a 2003 RSX Type S (200hp) and my insurance went UP $15 a month and I'm 42. I am sure the insurance that most dealers carry forbid drivers younger than 20 years from taking cars out for test drives. Its all in the Liability bro. -- Scott A.
