Change the water pump and auxiliary belts at the same time (good advice)
... . the bill should run from $700 to $900 (US) depending on whether done by
Acura or independent dealer.

Recommendation-replace it immediately. Mine broke at 86000 about 2 years
ago(92 Integra). Did not damage anything, but i felt real lucky. Cost
right about $500 if i remember right, including the water pump.

That's more like it. Did mine for the price of the belt at the time $30.00,
but I also replaced the shaft seals, and remaining belts at a total of about
$50.00. I was too ignorant to replace the water pump, which did not fail...
luckily.
