Has anyone had any luck playing CD-Rs in the CD player of a 2000 TL?

I burnt a CD and it will play in all my CD players except my TL's?

Not sure if this applies, but I found in the past that the speed at which I
record on a CD effects some players. The slower speeds work better as does
better media -I have had cheap, no-name media not work at well, no matter
the recording conditions.

Some problem. Try Memorex BLACK CDs ... they work for me !

I use Office Depot CD-R and had no problem in the CD Changer.

The CR-RWs are much more finicky than the CD-Rs and are not as readily
compatible. It does not surprise me that the CD-RWs didn't work. When
playing in standard CD players such as cars I would stick with the CD-Rs
unless it specifically states that it can play the CD-RW format.

When burning a CD-R, you have the option of closing the session or
leaving it open (so that more songs can be added to the CD at a later
time). The Acura player (and most other players) will not play a
CD-R burned with an open session.
