Hi,

I know it depends on driving habits, but what is the GENERAL life span of a
converter on a 98 LS integra, 5 speed 1.8L (not VTEC) w/ 93K miles? I don't
drive it too hard, short 10 miles/day to work plus occasional highway trips
>=100 miles. Estimates are welcome. I fear mine is going (emissions test
tomorrow will tell me) and want to get a range of what's normal.

Anyone know the list price of a stock Acura cat?

as long as you maintain non leaded gas, and your O2 sensors are ok, and did
not add too much zinc additives in your oil and other contaminants, they
last for the life of your car. remember as the cats work, they get hot and
burn off most normal stuff. just don't overwhelm it with stuff it can't
handle.
