Honestly, it depends what you're looking for. The Integra Type R is definitely the better performing car, and it gets the same fuel economy as the GS-R. However, for a daily driver, the GS-R would be better car, simply because it doesn't have as stiff of a suspension and much more amenities inside. The Type R has lighter seats with less comfort and more support, lighter weight parts, while the GS-R can come with luxuries like leather, heated seats, etc. So it depends on what you want it for. The Type R is a little bit quicker, but sacrifices luxury, and the GS-R is more liveable, and can still be modified to outperform the Type R.

ITR has stiffer suspension, a better engine, a more reinforced frame, and a quicker tranny. out of the box its a much better car, but either can be easily modified so depending on your goals and your budget, you might get more out of a GSR since ITRs are expensive.
