Default B18B1 BLOCK W/ 96 GSR CYL HEAD

I HAVE A 1996 GSR, A ROD SPUN INTO THE BLOCK CAN NOT FIND A B18C1 BLOCK AT A DECENT PRICE, HOWEVER I FOUND A B18B1 BLOCK.I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IF ANYTHING YOU GUYS RECOMMEND TO DO TO THE NEW BLOCK IF ANYTHING TO MAKE IT WORK BETTER WITH THAT HEAD. CAN I SWAP OUT THE CRANK AND PISTON TO THE NEW.
